A sweet, spicy, and slightly sour chili sauce made with Thai and cayenne chiles from Broomstick Farm in Everson, WA. Fermented for two months in organic brown sugar and finished with ACV, this sauce packs a medium-hot punch!

HOSA brought back The Scoundrels as a limited-edition sauce, and we were lucky enough to get some of it! This iteration contains only locally-grown peppers, plus San Juan Island Sea Salt. A balanced but pronounced spice that's ideal for dumplin' dippin'.
