Returns and refunds

 

Thanks for shopping with us at Onggi! We hope you’re loving your fermenty goodies, but if something’s not quite right, don’t worry—we’ve got a simple process for returns and exchanges:

General Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-consumables: If you’ve bought any merch, kitchenware, books, or other non-consumable items (unused and in original condition), you’ve got 30 days to return or exchange them. Just make sure you’ve got your receipt or another proof of purchase, and the item’s still in its original packaging.

  • Consumable items: Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns on consumables (like ferments, snacks, etc.) unless they’re damaged, defective, or spoiled when you received them. If that happens, we’ll make sure to fix it!

Damaged, Defective, or Spoiled Products

If something arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, let us know within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll either replace it or refund you—quickly and hassle-free.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method. If you’re returning by mail, the return shipping’s on you, unless it’s our fault (like a damaged or defective product).

Gift Returns

If you received a gift that’s eligible for return and want to return or exchange it, no problem! Just send us the gift receipt or order number, and we’ll help you out. Please make sure the item is still in its original, unopened condition.
