Since the beginning of their relationship, Yanza and Leo bonded over exchanging cultural and culinary knowledge and skills in the kitchen. The couple began Chinese Laundry Kitchen with a twofold goal: to preserve Yanza’s family recipes and share their love for the rich culinary traditions of China's Sichuan province.
