Red Boat prides itself on making fish sauce with only two ingredients: anchovies and sea salt, carrying on the age-old fermentation methods on Phú Quốc, Vietnam. Brewing fish sauce and traditional Vietnamese flavors through curries and sauces, Cuong and his family have been bringing the flavors of home and heritage to the world's plates for over a decade.
