Rated at 5/10 spicy level, this hot sauce is fermented with gochujang, doenjang, and habanero in onggi vessels crafted by Adam Field. Tangy, funky, full of umami, Jang Korean-Style Hot Sauce calls on centuries of Korean fermentation tradition, while paving the way for flavors of the future.
