Sourcery’s jaggery comes from the southern state of Andhra Pradesh, India, where farmer Sanyasi Naidu and his family take part in the verrrry labor-intensive process of making jaggery. Pesticide-free and sustainably grown, this artisanal sweetener is downright delightful in a morning matcha!

A love letter to her home state of Andhra Pradesh, Sourcery was created by founder Bhavna as a way to celebrate the spices and flavors of her childhood. Bhavna’s grandmother, who was a legendary cook in her hometown of Guntur (the chili center of India!) continues to inspire Sourcery’s array of heirloom spices and jaggery.
