Founder Cherie Scott considers herself a culinary ambassador for her home city Mumbai and her Goan heritage. Upon realizing local grocery stores lacked products that lived up to the comforting, home-style Indian food she grew up eating, Cherie set out to perfect her family's heritage recipes. Each of her gourmet, shelf-stable simmer sauces is made with freshly ground spices and herbs right here in Maine!
