Brad of West Maquoit did it again. This time, it's made using Allagash 16 Counties, which is wholly Maine-grown grains. It's warm, malty, a little bright, and a lot of Maine!

This vinegar goes great with vegetables and lighter proteins: fish and poultry sing with sour savvy.
