The koji connoisseurs at Shared Cultures dream up incredible, small-batch fermented foods with a modern twist. Based out of San Francisco, co-founders Eleana Hsu and Kevin Gondo combine traditions of their Chinese American and Japanese American heritage to create alternative soy sauces, misos, and marinades, all with the magic of koji!
