Keepwell's ponzu is gorrrgeous. Made with a base that combines their own one-year aged soy sauce, shio koji, and Carolina Gold Rice vinegar, this zippy sauce is infused with yuzu and sudachi citrus from Bhumi Growers in New Jersey and kelp from Atlantic Sea Farms in Maine. This sauce offers a beautiful harmony of flavors that lend themselves to seafood, meat, veggies, and more! So... basically everything.
