When husband and wife duo Nick and Anna Sager Cobarruvias began serving salsa macha with dishes at their San Francisco restaurant, Otra, customers were eager to have it in their home kitchens. Their "accidental business," Chingonas, which loosely translates to "badass woman," is named in honor of the women in Nick's life who have pushed him in the right direction.
